I can’t control the Mantis via DMX, LED sources light up on still.

If your Mantis does not respond to DMX control, and its sources are still lit up then most likely you just need to update it to the correct software version.
  1. Check what number appears on your LDB2 board ( inside the device) ,
  2. If your board is marked:
    1. MBI5030- you need to update Mantis to: V 1.44
    2. MBI5040- you need to update Mantis to: V 1.48
  3. Contact your local Distributor to get the Portman RDM Tester/ Uploader.
  4. Upload the appropriate software to your Mantis according to these instructions.
